JSOC, THROUGH USAJFKSWC, REVOKED MCPHEES SPECIAL FORCES. TAB AND HE WAS RETIRED AS A 11Z MSG NOT AN 18Z SGM…MORE LIES BY THIS SOB. See what I did there….
I pre ordered and am a fan of John. I already know he’s legit because there are so many pictures of himduring his service and I’ve read other special force members books who also mention how badass John was.
It’s interesting that the story is now a novel/series, if the singleton ops were true he would have wrote a book that was “based on a true story.” He learned from Tim “Stolen Valor” Kennedy.
When my copy arrives, I will read the book.
I will record an audio/video of my reading the book [or portions] aloud.
There will be no question about whether or not that I have read the book. (People buy books on Amazon all the time and write reviews about the book without actually reading the book.)
When I have finished reading the book, I will write a 2500 - 3200 word review of the book.
The reasons that I am qualified to offer my opinion/review:
I attended Graduate School at The Sewanee School of Letters at The University of the South, a world renowned Literary School funded by Tennessee Williams and attended by writers like Presidential Biographer John Meachum and National Book Award Winner Chris Bachelder.
I have written/published/edited more than 10 books. I have myself written and pu kished two novels and two books of poems.
I own an indie publishing company founded in 2013. We have published 17 titles to date.
I served as an advising editor to Jason Matthew on his Red Sparrow Trilogy [Palace of Treason, Red Sparrow, and The Kremlin's Candidate]. Jason Matthews was a career CIA case officer turned Novelist.
I served as a fact checker and content editor on Robert Hicks' NY Times Bestseller "The Orphan Mother."
So, I am Qualified to offer a review of a novel in this space.
SEND IT. I WILL READ IT. I WILL REVIEW IT.
SINCERELY,
DAVE WRIGHT
