Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products offered by SOB Tactical may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these purchase options.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

  • Your payment information is stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to the next scheduled shipment

  • Subscription management links are provided in your order confirmation emails or through your customer account

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

  • Full payment is collected at checkout for all pre-orders

  • Your payment method will be securely stored until the order is fulfilled

  • Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to fulfillment

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are subject to change. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

Custom holster orders are made to order and are non-refundable.

  • Custom holsters cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun

  • Please review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order

  • If a custom holster arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us so we can review the matter on a case-by-case basis

  • SOB Tactical reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion

  • Abuse of purchase options or violation of store policies may result in order cancellation
