REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the order shipping date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned with original packaging and all included components
- Items showing wear, damage, or modification are not eligible
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Orders placed using a discount or promotion will be refunded minus the promotional value
Exchanges & Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or there was an error with your order, please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you.
Defective items may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification
