If you arm people with all the knowledge they need, they will succeed.

If you limit their knowledge, you set them up to fail.

While failure can teach a lesson, it has no place on the battlefield.

Set each team member up for success by sharing your knowledge, and your team becomes stronger.

You and everyone in your unit become more efficient. Disseminate your knowledge and more power comes to you and your team.

Do not set your system up for people to earn knowledge. Give it away freely and watch what smart people do with it.
